أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمَّيْهِ وَكَانَا زَعَمَ شَهِدَا بَدْرًا

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ» رَوَاهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ عَمَّيْهِ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Muḥammad b. Khālid b. Khalī
  2. Bishr b. Shuʿayb from his father
  3. al-Zuhrī
  4. Balaghanā

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited renting land. 'Uthman b. Sa'id narrated it from Shu'ayb, and he did not mention his two uncles.
