حَدَّثَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ يَعْلَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَافِعٍ قَالَ

«كُنَّا نُحَاقِلُ الْأَرْضَ فَنُكْرِيهَا بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ وَالطَّعَامِ الْمُسَمَّى» رَوَاهُ سَعِيدٌ عَنْ يَعْلَى
