✧ The Severing of the Horse's Corner

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْخَيْلُ مَعْقُودٌ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ الْأَجْرُ وَالْمَغْنَمُ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "Horses have goodness tied to their forelocks until the Day of Resurrection: reward and spoils."
