أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ نُبَيْهٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْقَرَّاظُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أَرَادَ أَهْلَ الْمَدِينَةِ بِسُوءٍ أَذَابَهُ اللهُ كَمَا يَذُوبُ الْمِلْحُ فِي الْمَاءِ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: “Whoever intends evil for the people of Madinah, God will melt him as salt melts in water.”
