أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ مَجْزَأَةً قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَاجِيَةُ بْنُ جُنْدُبٍ الْأَسْلَمِيُّ
أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حِينَ صُدَّ الْهَدْيُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ابْعَثْ بِهِ مَعِي فَأَنَا أَنْحَرُهُ قَالَ «وَكَيْفَ؟» قَالَ آخُذُ بِهِ فِي أَوْدِيَةٍ لَا يُقْدَرُ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ «فَدَفَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَيْهِ فَانْطَلَقَ بِهِ حَتَّى نَحَرَهُ فِي الْحَرَمِ»

✧ He came to the Prophet ﷺ when the sacrificial animal was blocked. He said: O Messenger of God, send it with me and I will slaughter it. He said: "How?" He said: I will take it into valleys where it cannot be reached. He said: "The Messenger of God ﷺ handed it over to him, and he went off with it until he slaughtered it in the Sacred Precinct."
