أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ أَتَيْنَا جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ
فَحَدَّثَنَا أَنَّ جَمَاعَةَ الْهَدْيِ الَّذِي أَتَى بِهِ عَلِيٌّ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ وَالَّذِي أَتَى بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مِئَةٌ «فَنَحَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثًا وَسِتِّينَ وَأَعْطَى عَلِيًّا فَنَحَرَ مَا غَبَرَ وَأَشْرَكَهُ فِي هَدْيِهِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَ مِنْ كُلِّ بَدَنَةٍ بِبَضْعَةٍ فَجُعِلَتْ فِي قِدْرٍ فَأَكَلَا مِنْ لَحْمِهَا وَشَرِبَا مِنْ مَرَقِهَا»
Translation

✧ He narrated to us that the total number of the sacrificial animals that ʿAli brought from Yemen and the Prophet ﷺ brought was one hundred. "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ slaughtered sixty-three, and he gave ʿAli the rest to slaughter, and he made him a partner in his sacrifice. Then he ordered a piece from each camel to be put in a pot, and they ate from its meat and drank from its broth."
