أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُلَائِيُّ يَعْنِي أَبَا نُعَيْمٍ وَاسْمُهُ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَنَسٍ وَنَحْنُ غَادِيَانِ مِنْ مِنًى إِلَى عَرَفَاتٍ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَصْنَعُونَ فِي التَّلْبِيَةِ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمَ؟ قَالَ «كَانَ الْمُلَبِّي يُلَبِّي فَلَا يُنْكَرُ عَلَيْهِ وَيُكَبِّرُ الْمُكَبِّرُ فَلَا يُنْكَرُ عَلَيْهِ»

✧ I said to Anas while we were going early from Mina to 'Arafat: 'What were you doing in the Talbiyah with the Messenger of God ﷺ on this day?' He said: 'The one reciting the Talbiyah would recite it, and no one objected to him; and the one reciting the Takbir would recite it, and no one objected to him.'
