أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ وَاسْمُهُ مُسْلِمٌ الْأَعْرَجُ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي الْهُجَيْمِ قَالَ

لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَا هَذِهِ الْفُتْيَا الَّتِي تُفْتِيهَا مَنْ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ؟ قَالَ «سُنَّةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ وَإِنْ رَغِمْتُمْ»

✧ Ibn Abbas was asked: What is this fatwa you are giving—that whoever performs tawaf of the House has exited ihram? He said: The Sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ, even if you dislike it.
