✧ The Location of Prayer from the Kaaba

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ قَالَ

خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فِي قُبُلِ الْكَعْبَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ «هَذِهِ الْقِبْلَةُ هَذِهِ الْقِبْلَةُ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out of the House and prayed two rak'ahs in front of the Kaaba. Then he said, 'This is the qiblah, this is the qiblah.'
