✧ The Killing of the Snake in the Haram.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ رَاهُوَيْهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسُ فَوَاسِقَ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ «الْحَيَّةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: “Five harmful creatures are to be killed in the permitted area and the sanctuary: the snake, the vicious dog, the pied crow, the kite, and the mouse.”
