أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمَعْنِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُتَيْبَةَ وَحَبِيبٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ أَهْدَى لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ حِمَارًا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ «فَرَدَّهُ»
