The permissibility of canceling Hajj with Umrah for those who have not offered the sacrifice

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ بِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَفَسْخُ الْحَجِّ لَنَا خَاصَّةً أَمْ لِلنَّاسِ عَامَّةً؟ قَالَ «بَلْ لَنَا خَاصَّةً»

Translation

✧ I said, "O Messenger of Allah, is the cancellation of Hajj for us in particular or for all people?" He said, "Rather, for us in particular."
