al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 3742

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ هَارُونَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ يَعْنِي الْأَنْصَارِيَّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «فَيَبْعَثُ بِهَا ثُمَّ يَأْتِي مَا يَأْتِي الْحَلَالُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْلُغَ الْهَدْيُ مَكَّةَ»

✧ I used to twist the garlands for the sacrificial animals of the Messenger of God ﷺ, and he would send them, then he would do what a non-pilgrim does before the sacrificial animal reached Makkah.
