✧ The Individual Hajj

أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ بَصْرِيٌّ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مُوَافِينَ لِهِلَالِ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِحَجٍّ فَلْيُهلِلْ وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهلِلْ بِعُمْرَةٍ»

✧ We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in time for the new moon of Dhul-Hijjah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever wishes to enter ihram for Hajj, let him do so; and whoever wishes to enter ihram for ʿUmrah, let him do so for ʿUmrah."
