✧ Meeting of the people of Egypt

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَافَى هُوَ ابْنُ عِمْرَانَ مَوْصِلِيٌّ عَنْ أَفْلَحَ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ وَمِصْرَ جُحْفَةَ وَلِأَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ ذَاتَ عِرْقٍ وَلِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ “fixed the miqat for the people of Madinah as Dhul-Hulayfah, for the people of Sham and Egypt as al-Juhfah, for the people of Iraq as Dhat ‘Irq, and for the people of Yemen as Yalamlam.”
