أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ عَنْ جُنْدُبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قُتِلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عُمِّيَّةٍ يُقَاتِلُ عَصَبَةً وَيَغْضَبُ لِعَصَبَةٍ فَقِتْلَتُةُ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever is killed under a blind banner, fighting for a faction and raging for a faction, his death is one of ignorance." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: Imran al-Qattan is not strong.
