أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ أَوَّلُ مَا يُحْكَمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِي الدِّمَاءِ»
