أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «قَتْلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ زَوَالِ الدُّنْيَا»

Translation

Chain of narrators

  2. Khālid b. Khidāsh
  3. Ḥātim b. Ismāʿīl
  4. Bashīr b. al-Muhājir
  5. ʿAbdullāh b. Buraydah from his father

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The killing of a believer is greater before Allah than the passing away of the world."
