al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 3405

✧ The reward for whoever stands in worship on the Night of Decree with faith and seeking reward, and a discussion of the variations in the narrations of Abu Hurairah's report regarding that.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ صَامَ شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ وَمَنْ قَامَ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ إِيمَانًا وَاحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever fasts the month of Ramadan with faith and seeking reward, his previous and future sins will be forgiven, and whoever stands in prayer on the Night of Decree with faith and seeking reward, his previous sins will be forgiven."
