أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ عَنِ الرَّبَابِ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَفْطَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى تَمْرٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى مَاءٍ فَإِنَّ الْمَاءَ طَهُورٌ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When one of you breaks his fast, let him break it with dates; if he does not find any, then with water, for water is purifying."
