أَخْبَرَنَا عُتْبَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اغْسِلُوا الْمُحْرِمَ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ اللَّذَيْنِ أَحْرَمَ فِيهِمَا وَاغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ وَلَا تُمِسُّوهُ بِطِيبٍ وَلَا تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُحْرِمًا» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يونُسُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ يُكَنَّى أَبَا غَانِمٍ ثِقَةٌ مَرْوَزِيٌّ رَوَى عَنْهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Wash the muhrim in the two garments in which he entered ihram, wash him with water and lote leaves, shroud him in his two garments, do not touch him with perfume, and do not cover his head, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection as a muhrim. Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: Yunus b. Nafi' is called Abu Ghanim, trustworthy, from Marw; 'Abd Allah b. al-Mubarak narrated from him.
