أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

كَانَ آخِرُ الْأَمْرَيْنِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «تَرْكَ الْوُضُوءِ مِمَّا مَسَّتِ النَّارُ»

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. ʿAmr b. Manṣūr
  2. ʿAlī b. ʿAyyāsh
  3. Shuʿayb
  4. Muḥammad b. al-Munkadir
  5. Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh

✧ The latter of the two practices of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was to abandon ablution after eating what fire has touched.
