✧ When the believer is attended, the angels of mercy come to him with a white silk cloth and say: 'Come out content and well-pleasing to the mercy of Allah, to fragrance and to a Lord who is not angry.' It comes out like the finest scent of musk, so much so that they pass him from one to another until they bring him to the gate of heaven. They say: 'How pleasant is this scent that has come to you from the earth!' They bring him to the souls of the believers, and they are more joyful at his coming than one of you is at the return of his absent one. They ask him: 'What did so-and-so do? What did so-and-so do?' They say: 'Leave him, for he was in the distress of the world.' If he says: 'Did he not come to you?' they say: 'He was taken to his mother, the abyss.' And when the disbeliever is attended, the angels of punishment come to him with coarse cloth and say: 'Come out angry and angered against to the punishment of Allah.' It comes out like the foulest stench of a corpse until they bring him to the gate of the earth. They say: 'How foul is this stench!' until they bring him to the souls of the disbelievers. 11927 And from Ishaq b. Ibrahim, from Mu'adh b. Hisham, with it.
