عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي لُبَابَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِبَعْضِ جَسَدِي فَقَالَ «اعْبُدِ اللهَ كَأَنَّكَ تَرَاهُ وَكُنْ فِي الدُّنْيَا كَأَنَّكَ غَرِيبٌ أَوْ عَابِرُ سَبِيلٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took hold of part of my body and said, 'Worship Allah as if you see Him, and be in this world as if you were a stranger or a traveler passing by.'
