عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ الْإِسْكَافِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

قَالًَ «مَا أَكَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي خِوَانٍ وَلَا سُكُرُّجَةٍ وَلَا خُبِزَ لَه مُرَقَّقٌ» قَالَ وَقُلْتُ لِقَتَادَةَ عَلَى أَيِّ شَيْءٍ كَانُوا يَأْكُلُونَ؟ قَالَ عَلَى السَّفَرِ

Translation

Chain of narrators

✧ He said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never ate from a table, nor from a sukurrujah, nor was thin bread baked for him." He said: "I asked Qatadah: 'On what did they eat?' He said: 'On a leather mat.'"
