وَعَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حِسَابٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ» 11725 وَعَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهُذَلِيِّ عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَمْرو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ آلِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَهُ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: “A neighbor has more right to his neighbor’s property (or to what is adjacent to his own property).” 11725 And from Zakariya b. Yahya, from Abu Ma‘mar Isma‘il b. Ibrahim al-Hudhali, from Hushaym, from Mansur, from al-Hakam, from ‘Amr b. Shu‘ayb, from a man of the family of al-Sharid, who said: The Prophet ﷺ said... then he mentioned it.
