Sūrat al-Isrāʾ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو سَمِعَ عِكْرِمَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ {§وَالشَّجَرَةَ الْمَلْعُونَةَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ} [الإسراء 60] قَالَ هِيَ شَجَرَةُ الزَّقُّومِ {وَمَا جَعَلْنَا الرُّؤْيَا الَّتِي أَرَيْنَاكَ} [الإسراء 60] قَالَ رُؤْيَا عَيْنٍ رَآهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِهِ
Translation

✧ In His saying, "And [We have mentioned] the cursed tree in the Qur'an," [Al-Isra 60] He said, it is the tree of Zaqqum. "And We did not make the sight which We showed you" [Al-Isra 60] He said, it was a vision that the Prophet saw on the night of his ascension.
