أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْمَكِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى بَاسِطٌ يَدَهُ لِمُسِيءِ اللَّيْلِ لِيَتُوبَ بِالنَّهَارِ وَلِمُسِيءِ النَّهَارِ لِيَتُوبَ بِاللَّيْلِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Indeed Allah, blessed and exalted is He, extends His hand to the one who sins by night to repent by day, and to the one who sins by day to repent by night, until the sun rises from its west.”
