أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ عَنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ وَهُو ابْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَلْقَمَةَ أَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ
لَعَنَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ؟ قَالَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ قُلْتُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ؟ قَالَ إِنَّمَا نُحَدِّثُ بِمَا سَمِعْنَا

✧ The Prophet ﷺ cursed the one who consumes riba (usury/interest), the one who pays it, its two witnesses, and its scribe? He said: The one who consumes riba and the one who pays it. I said: And its two witnesses and its scribe? He said: We only narrate what we heard.
