أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَيُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِيَدِي فَقَالَ «خَلَقَ اللهُ التُّرْبَةَ يَوْمَ السَّبْتِ وَخَلَقَ الْجِبَالَ يَوْمَ الْأَحَدِ وَخَلَقَ الْأَشْجَارَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَخَلَقَ الْمَكْرُوهَ يَوْمَ الثُّلَاثَاءِ وَخَلَقَ النُّورَ يَوْمَ الْأَرْبِعَاءِ وَبَثَّ فِيهَا الدَّوَابَّاتِ يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ وَخَلَقَ آدَمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ آخِرَ الْخَلْقِ آخِرَ سَاعَاتِ النَّهَارِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took my hand and said: 'Allah created the soil on Saturday, created the mountains on Sunday, created the trees on Monday, created the disliked things on Tuesday, created light on Wednesday, spread the animals throughout it on Thursday, and created Adam on Friday after 'Asr, the last of creation, in the last hour of the day.'
