أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِتْبَانُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ فَلَقِيتُ عِتْبَانَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ فَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ فَتَأْكُلُهُ النَّارُ أَوْ فَتُطْعَمُهُ النَّارُ» قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَأَعْجَبَنِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ فَقُلْتُ لِابْنِي اكْتُبْهُ فَكَتَبَهُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No one testifies that there is no god but Allah and then the Fire consumes him or feeds on him.' Anas said: This hadith impressed me, so I said to my son: Write it down. So he wrote it.
