أَخْبَرَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَزْرَقُ حَدَّثَنَا السَّرِيُّ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ تَعْلَمُوا سَيِّدَ الِاسْتِغْفَارِ اللهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي أَنَا عَبْدُكَ أَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي إِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: Learn the master of seeking forgiveness: O God, You are my Lord. There is no god but You. You created me. I am Your servant. I am upon Your covenant and Your promise as much as I am able. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favor to You, and I acknowledge my sin. So forgive me. Indeed, none forgives sins but You.
