أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَرِّ الْكِنْدِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَنَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ فَقَالَ «مَا أَصْبَحْتُ غَدَاةً قَطُّ إِلَّا اسْتَغْفَرْتُ اللهَ فِيهَا مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came while we were sitting and said, 'I have never entered upon a morning except that I sought Allah's forgiveness a hundred times in it.'
