أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَهُ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ الدَّوْرَقِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَا اجْتَمَعَ قَوْمٌ فَتَفَرَّقُوا عَنْ غَيْرِ ذِكْرِ اللهِ إِلَّا كَأَنَّمَا تَفَرَّقُوا عَنْ جِيفَةِ حِمَارٍ وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ الْمَجْلِسُ عَلَيْهِمْ تِرَةً»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No people gather and then disperse without the remembrance of Allah, except that they disperse as if from the carcass of a donkey, and that gathering is a shortcoming upon them.'
