أَخْبَرَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْحُومٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَعَامَةَ السَّعْدِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ
كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي غَزْوَةٍ فَلَمَّا قَفَلْنَا أَشْرَفْنَا عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ وَكَبَّرَ النَّاسُ تَكْبِيرَةً رَفَعُوا بِهَا أَصْوَاتَهُمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَصَمَّ وَلَا غَائِبَ فَهُوَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَ رُءُوسِ رَوَاحِلِكُمْ» فَقَالَ يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ أَلَا أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى كَنْزٍ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الْجَنَّةِ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ

✧ We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a military expedition. When we returned and came in sight of Madinah, the people raised their voices in takbir. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Your Lord is neither deaf nor absent. He is between you and the heads of your mounts." Then he said, "O 'Abd Allah b. Qays, shall I not direct you to a treasure from the treasures of Paradise: 'There is no might and no power except with Allah'?"
