وَحَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مُوسَى يَقُولُ
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْدِثَ
Translation

- Abū Mūsá
- ʿAmr b. ʿUbayd Qabl
‘Amr bin Ubayd narrated to us before what happened’ [i.e. before he became Mu’tazilī].
