حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ الْخَطْمِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، صَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ. وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ قُتَيْبَةُ، وَابْنُ، رُمْحٍ عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ. قَالَ
ابْنُ رُمْحٍ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْخَطْمِيِّ، وَكَانَ، أَمِيرًا عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ عَلَى عَهْدِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ.

machine translationYahya b. Yahya narrated to us: Sulayman b. Bilal informed us, from Yahya b. Saʿid: ʿAdi b. Thabit informed me that ʿAbdullah b. Yazid al-Khatmi narrated to him that Abu Ayyub informed him that he prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Farewell Pilgrimage the Maghrib and ʿIsha prayers at al-Muzdalifah. And Qutaybah and Ibn Rumh narrated it to us, from al-Layth b. Saʿd, from Yahya b. Saʿid, with this chain of transmission. He said
Abdullah b. Yazid al-Khatmi reported on the authority of Abu Ayyub (Allah be pleased with him) that he prayed the sunset and 'Isha' prayers (together) at Muzdalifa in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage
