The prohibition of a rich man delaying repayment. The validity of Hawalah (Transferal of Debts) and it is recommended to accept transferal of a debt if it is transferred to a rich man
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالاَ جَمِيعًا حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمِثْلِهِ
Translation
A hadith like this has been transmitted on the authority of Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him).
