حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ
لَوْ رَأَيْتُ الظِّبَاءَ تَرْتَعُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ مَا ذَعَرْتُهَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيْهَا حَرَامٌ
