Raml (walking rapidly) is recommended in the Tawaf of Umrah, and in the first Tawaf of Hajj

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ أَخْضَرَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ

أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَمَلَ مِنَ الْحَجَرِ إِلَى الْحَجَرِ وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَعَلَهُ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Abū Kāmil al-Jaḥdarī
  2. Sulaym b. Akhḍar
  3. ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿUmar
  4. Nāfiʿ

Nafi' reported that Ibn Umar (Allah he pleased with them) walked swiftly from stone to stone, and stated that Messenger of Allah ﷺ did like this.
