Mishkat al-Masabih 1266

Translation

‘Ali reported God’s Messenger as saying, “God is single ( witr ) and loves what is single, so observe the witr, you who follow the Qur’an.” Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.
