✧ Ibn 'Abbas ؓ said: “O Abu Yahya, did you not see that I slept last night and missed the Witr! Ibn Makhramah came to me and another with him, and they occupied me from the Witr, so I slept until morning. Then a slave girl woke me, and I said to her: 'See if the sun has risen.' She said: 'No.' So I prayed the two rak'ahs of Fajr, then I said: 'See if the sun has risen.' She said: 'No.' So I prayed the Fajr prayer.”
