✧ When we met the companions of the Prophet ﷺ, they did not stand against us even for the milking of a sheep before we routed them. While we were driving them in their tracks until we reached the rider of the white or gray mule, we encountered men with bright white faces. He said: “May the faces be ugly! Go back!” And we were defeated by their words, so they mounted upon our shoulders, and that was it.
