✧ Al-Harith b. al-Nu’man al-Ansari ؓ came to the Messenger of God ﷺ while he was conversing privately with Gabriel ﷺ. He sat down and did not greet. Gabriel ﷺ said: “If this man had greeted us, we would have returned his greeting.” He ﷺ asked: “Do you know him?” He replied: “Yes, this is one of the eighty who stood firm with you on the day of Hunayn. Their provision and the provision of their children is upon God, Mighty and Majestic, in Paradise.”
