✧ Adam and the Number of the Prophets, peace be upon them

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثَنَا مَعْبَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ؓ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
« كَانَ مِمَّنْ خَلَا مِنْ إِخْوَانِي مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ عَلَيْهِمُ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ ثَمَانِيَةُ آلَافِ نَبِيٍّ، ثُمَّ كَانَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ عَلَيْهِمَا الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ، ثُمَّ كُنْتُ أَنَا
