وَحَدَّثَنَا الْجَرَّاحُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحْرِزٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

« لَأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ أَحَدِكُمْ قَيْحًا، أَوْ دَمًا، خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ شِعْرًا هُجِيتُ بِهِ
