وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ ضِرْغَامَةَ بْنِ عُلَيْبَةَ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: عَنْ جَدِّهِ ؓ قَالَ:
أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَهُ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ نَظَرَ فِي وُجُوهِ الْقَوْمِ، مَا كَادَ يَسْتَبِينُ وُجُوهَهُمْ بَعْدَمَا قُضِيَتِ الصَّلَاةُ، فَلَمَّا قَرُبَتِ ارْتَحَلَ، قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَوْصِنِي
Translation

✧ I came to the Prophet ﷺ and prayed with him. When he finished the prayer, he looked at the faces of the people; he could hardly make out their faces after the prayer was finished. When it drew near, he departed. I said: “O Messenger of Allah, advise me.”
