✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivered a sermon to us and said: 'Whoever undertakes the adhan of one of the mosques of Allah, Exalted be He, seeking thereby the Face of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, Allah, Exalted be He, will grant him the reward of forty thousand thousand prophets, forty thousand thousand truthful ones, and forty thousand thousand martyrs. Forty thousand thousand nations will enter into his intercession, in every nation forty thousand thousand men. He will have in every part of the gardens forty thousand thousand dwellings, in every dwelling forty thousand thousand houses, in every house forty thousand thousand couches, upon every couch a wife from the houris with wide eyes. The expanse of every house among them is the expanse of the world forty thousand thousand times. Before every wife are forty thousand thousand serving girls. In every house are forty thousand thousand tables, upon every table forty thousand thousand large bowls, in every large bowl forty thousand thousand kinds of food. If the two heavy ones (jinn and mankind) were to descend upon it, He would accommodate them in the least house of its houses with whatever they wished of food, drink, clothing, perfume, fruits, and various gifts, curiosities, ornaments and garments. Every house among them is self-sufficient with what it contains of these things, without need of another house. When the mu'adhdhin says, "Ashhadu an lā ilāha illā Allāh," seventy thousand thousand angels surround him, all of them sending blessings upon him and seeking forgiveness for him. He is under the shade of the mercy of Allah, Mighty and Majestic, until he finishes, and forty thousand thousand angels record his reward. Then they ascend with it to Allah, Exalted be He.'
