✧ Horses, Their Excellence, the Recommendation to Treat Them Well, and the Virtue of Using Them for Carrying in the Cause of Allah

وَقَالَ عَبْدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْوَاقِدِيُّ، ثَنَا سَلِيطُ بْنُ يَسَارِ بْنِ سَلِيطِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ مَرْيَمَ بِنْتِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَعْدٍ بِنْتِ سَعْدِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، وَهِيَ وَالِدَةُ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

مَنْ حَبَسَ فَرَسًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ تَعَالَى كَانَ سِتْرَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ
