machine translationThe sound (ṣaḥīḥ) report is from al-Zuhrī, from ʿUrwah, from ʿĀʾishah: that the Prophet ﷺ used to recite the Muʿawwidhāt over himself and blow lightly (yanfuth). It is thus in al-Muwaṭṭaʾ.
